Technical components

An important part of our activity is represented by the production of technical components for different industrial areas.
Our clients come from:

• automotive industry (Renault, Huf, Mahle, Bosch, Treves, etc)
• house hold appliances industry (Electrolux, AL-KO, etc)
• electronics industry (Benchmark, SMK, etc)

The plastic components are manufactured using:

• injection molding: traditional and gas assisted (parts up to 4,5 kg)
• blow molding: traditional and suction blow molding (parts up to 50 l)

We work with modern injection machines from the most appreciated producers covering a range between 50 – 1100 tons:

• Arburg
• Demag
• Krauss-Maffei

In the injection workshop we also use the gas assisted injection molding. We can do insert molding.
The processed materials are: PA , PA + GF , PET , PBT + GF , ABS , ABS + PC, POM, etc

The blow molding machines cover a range between 5 – 30 l and are made by:

• Automa
• Magic
• Techne
• Meico

The blow molded materials are polyolephines and polyamides.
The parts manufactured in this workshops may be printed or decorated by:

• screen-printing (flat, cylindrical , conic)
• tampo-printing (up to 5 colors)
• hot-stamping
• painting
